This website showcases and sells limited‑edition photographic prints created by the site owner (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. This site, limitededition.co.uk is owned and operated by Jamie Pearce 'trading as' Limited Edition. All photographs, text, graphics, logos, and other content on this website are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of the photographer. You may not copy, download, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

2.1 Sharing images on Social Media

I love seeing my art in its new home! You are more than welcome to share photos of your print on social media. Please just remember to tag or credit me as the artist, and ensure the image isn't used for commercial purposes.

3. Purchasing Physical Prints

When you buy a photographic print, you are purchasing a limited edition piece. Once this specific edition sells out, no more prints will be made in this exact size and format.

While the physical print belongs to you, I, as the artist, retain the copyright and ownership of the original image. This just means I can still use the image to share and promote my photographic art—like featuring it in books, exhibition guides, or on social media. I also reserve the right to release the image in other small, unsigned formats, such as open-edition postcards.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payments are processed securely through our chosen payment provider. We do not store your card details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

All photographic prints are strictly 'made to order'. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, seasonality, and the print production process. Any estimated delivery dates are provided as guidance only. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

5.1 Purchases by non-UK customers

Any customs fees or import duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer and will be confirmed once your order is placed and prior to shipping. Your failure to meet the costs of customs fees or import duties in full and in advance of our despatching your order will result in your order being cancelled. Limited Edition reserves the right to cancel an order at any time providing a full refund. 

6. Returns & Refunds

Because prints are produced to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the works are damaged upon delivery. In such instances we will provide a replacement. If your print arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days so we can resolve the problem for you.

7. Website Use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that may damage, disable, or impair the site. We may suspend or restrict access to the website at any time for maintenance, updates, or security reasons.

8. Privacy

We only collect and use personal information to enable us to process your orders. This information is held on our suppliers systems (Paypal and Royal Mail Delivery Services) and purely for the purposes of order fulfilment. By using this website, you consent to that processing. We will not hold information externally to these systems, we do not collect personal information nor pass or sell any information onto other third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, error‑free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website or from purchasing our products, except where required by consumer protection legislation.
