This moment was captured in central Prague on a day of melting heat. The expression on this wonderful woman’s face was entirely unreadable. Was she lost in deep contemplation, standing in awe of the historic architecture, or simply taking a well-deserved rest from dragging her heavy bag across the city? Who knows?
When done well, capturing people on the street becomes a way of honouring everyday life—preserving the poetry of ordinary human presence before it disappears.
